Montmorency jewelry is made to order, it will take approximately 2-4 weeks before shipping. You will receive a notice of your shipment via email with your tracking information. If you need your item by a specific date, please email email@example.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
All Continental US orders are shipped and insured via UPS or FedEx. All Continental US orders qualify for complimentary 2nd day shipping.Overnight shipping are available for an additional fee. All orders require a signature for delivery.
We ship internationally via FedEx. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for shipping fee and additional information.
Montmorency is not responsible for any lost packages, delayed delivery, and / or failure to deliver package due to an incorrect shipping address.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We do not accept checks and money orders.

Returns and Exchanges
All orders are final sale. We accept returns for store credit or exchanges may be made for items of equal value.
Quality and craftsmanship is very important to us. We encourage you to care for your Montmorency jewelry and are happy to repair if your jewelry has not withstood normal wear within our discretion.
